The NSW Government has announced that the Community Building Partnership program will be continuing again in 2016.
Applications are now open and will close at 5pm on Friday 22 July 2016.
The program aims to create more vibrant and inclusive communities by supporting projects that encourage community participation, inclusion and cohesion, and deliver positive social, environmental, inclusive or recreational outcomes. Grant funding of up to $200,000 is available for every NSW State Electorate.
Councils, schools, clubs and associations that have plans to upgrade cricket facilities in their community are urged to take advantage of this fantastic opportunity.
Projects must be completed before the end of March 2018.
Cricket NSW in partnership with McDonald’s have established an annual community facility grants Program, which aims to provide new or upgrade existing cricket facilities. The 2016/17 Cricket NSW and McDonald’s Community Facility Grants Program will be open for applications shortly. Please note that applications that demonstrate co-contributions are looked upon favourably and applicants are encouraged to utilise both grant programs to strengthen an application.
